Masking

Hide of the Cunning Hunter
Cost: 1 mote
Duration: One day
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 1
Minimum Essence: 1
Prerequisite Charms: None.
This Charm is often the first that young Lunar learn. It allows the Lunar to supress his tatoos, causing them to become invisible. The Lunar hides her tatoos, and they are not able to be detected even with the use of magic as long as this Charm is in effect - even charms that perceive essence see nothing. If the tatoos are seen, the onlookers act as if they knew of the Lunar's Tell, receiving the bonus of +3 dice to their Awareness roll. This Charm dissipates if the Lunar reaches the 8+ level of Peripheral Essence expenditure, causing his tatoos and Tell to appear.

Masking the Brilliant Form
Cost: 2 motes per +1 difficulty
Duration: One Day
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 2
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Hide of the Cunning Hunter.
This Charm makes it harder to perceive the Lunar's Tell, shapeshifting magic and illusion obscuring the unusual feature from the eyes of all, drawing gazes away from it. Every 2 motes commmitted to this Charm increase the difficulty to spot the tell by 1. The Lunar may not add more than his Essence in difficulty this way.

Essence-Masking Prana
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Masking the Brilliant Form.
The Lunar is able to hide his Essence as if it was his Tell or Tatoos - as long as this Charm is up, Charms that are able to see the Lunar's Permanent Essence or Essence Pool, such as Essence-Discerning Glance and the Arcanoi Aura-Reading Technique, see no Essence on the Lunar if they fail a resisted roll between the Lunar's Wits+Stealth and the onlooker's Wits+Awareness.

Smile to the Moonless Night
Cost: 3 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Manipulation: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Masking the Brilliant Form.
In a night of shadows and clouds, one cannot see the Moon. Luna disappears, and even those who know where she should stand see nothing but shadows. Out of mind, out of sight, the lady of pure silver light smiles as she avoids all the gazes of Creation. Smile to the Moonless Night is used when the Lunar meets someone and that person spots their tell - either through a sucessful roll or due to previous knowledge of the Lunar and her tell. The attempt is considered to have failed, the Tell remains hidden and another roll may not be attempted until the pair next meet. This effect even works when the Lunar is flaring at the 8m+ level - the light will be seen, but not the Tell. This is a Perfect effect.

Shadowed Divinity Prana
Cost: 6 motes, 1 willpower, 1 health level
Duration: Indefinite
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Essence-Masking Prana, Smile to the Moonless Night.
This Charm may only be used when the Lunar is not on his True Forms - he swallows his own Exalted Shard, locking it deep within his Essence. For the remainder of the scene, his Peripheral Essence is locked, and the Lunar may not access it. But it gives a great advantage : for all intents of investigation, even supernatural, the Lunar is not seen as an Exalted. No Charm may make his Anima flare, or reveal his Caste Mark, even if just in an individual's essence sight. The only hope to notice a Lunar under this Charm's effects is to notice his Tell. This is not a Perfect Effect.

Stealth

Stealthy Fox Method
Cost: 2 motes per die
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Dexterity: 2
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Silver-Soul’s Dexterity.
Subtle changes in his body allow the Lunar to move with the grace of a fox, never missing a step, his stride silent due to his feet becoming padded, his weight alleviating, his form thin to better hide in shadows. For the remainder of the scene, the Lunar adds one die to all of his stealth rolls per 2 motes spent on Stealthy Fox Method.

Chameleon Skin Disguise
Cost: 1 mote per die
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Dexterity: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Stealthy Fox Method, Dexterity of the Moon-Kissed.
Using this Charm, the Lunar is able to shift his skin like a Chameleon's, and adjust his texture and color to match the ambient. As long as the Lunar stands still or moves no more than half his total movement rating, he converts one die per mote paid into an automatic success to his stealth rolls, to a maximum of his Dexterity in dice. The Lunar may not use this Charm while clothed, however, but Moonsilver Armor does not count as clothing for the purposes of this Charm.

Shadowy Octopus Defense
Cost: 6 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Dexterity: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Chameleon Skin Disguise.
Like an octopus, the Lunar creates darkness all around her. The Lunar come creeping strands of purest shadow, rapidly growing to form a cloud of blackness (his permanent Essence x 10) yards across. Inside is total darkness and a bitter chill, to the detriment of the Exalt and his foes alike. The cloud stays in one place and does not move. It persists for a scene, before slowly receding as the area appears clearly again.

Face of Nobody Technique
Cost: 3 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Wits: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Chameleon Skin Disguise.
The Lunar changes his features for a moment, blanking them. He becomes nobody - a face to be overlooked. When someone first lays his eyes on him, the Lunar may use this Charm. The Lunar rolls his Wits+Larceny or Craft(Shapeshifting) against the onlooker's Wits+Awareness. If the Lunar wins, the onlooker just sees a gray face, something to overlook, certainly nothing he should worry about or search for. This, of course, only works in areas a creature is to be about. The roll comes before a roll to notice the Lunar's Tell, and an opponent that has lost does not get a roll to do so. This change lasts only a moment, and must be used again and again if the opponent keeps looking at the Lunar.

Object-Concealing Method
Cost: 6 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Dexterity: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Stealthy Fox Method.
The object-concealing method allows a Lunar both to find a suitable place of concealment for an item and to enhance its protections against even a deliberate search. The Lunar's player rolls Dexterity+Survival, usually against a difficulty of 1 but pehaps higher in terrain with very few hiding places. If she suceeds, the Lunar has found a place of concealment for the item within(her Wits x10)yards. Every success beyond the difficulty adds to the difficulty of any Perception+Awareness or Investigation to locate the item, and it can never be discovered by accident.

Ally-Concealing Method
Cost: 2 motes per person, 1 willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Dexterity: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Stealthy Fox Method.
This Charm functions as per the Object-Concealing Method, save that the object being hidden is another character. The concealing Charm remains active so long as the affected character remains calm and relatively still. Attacking will disrupt the camouflage. A Lunar may conceal as many people at once as his Essence trait, each costing 4 motes. A Lunar cannot use Ally Concealing Method to hide himself.

Traceless Passage Technique
Cost: 4 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Day
Type: Simple
Minimum Dexterity: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Wits of the Moon-Kissed.
A signature move of the Waning Moon, Traceless Passage allows the Lunar to conceal all the evidence of her passage. Trackers cannot follow the Lunar without magic, and those using Charms have a difficulty to follow equal to the Lunar's Dexterity. This does not gives the difficulty against other Lunars.

Track-Sweeping Essence
Cost: 8 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Day
Type: Simple
Minimum Dexterity: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Traceless Passage Technique.
This is equal to Traceless Passage Technique, but the Lunar may hide the tracks of a number of people equal his Essence in addition to his own.

Labyrinth of Mist Technique
Cost: 13 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: A Lunar Phase
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Track-Sweeping Essence, Manipulation of the Moon-Kissed.
The Lunar fills her track with illusionary essence, misleading her pursuers anywhere she wishes. Using this Charm, the Lunar rolls her Manipulation+Essence. With at least one success, mundane trackers are lost with no chance to resist. Supernatural trackers roll a Wits+Awareness with a difficulty equal to the number of successes, or are lost. Lost characters can be led anywhere in a number of miles equal to ten times the Lunar's Essence, but not anywhere immediatly lethal(so one may be led to a Raksha territory, but may not be led to a cliff - they will stop at its border). Alternatively, the Lunar may have her pursuers walk in circles in that area for the duration of the Charm(That being, until Luna shifts to another phase).

Also indicated is BogMod's Stealth, especially the great Sun-Before-Moon Method! *Nods*

Deadly Misdirection

Hypnotic Body Technique
Cost: 2 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Manipulation 2
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Silver-Soul's Manipulation.
The Lunar covers himself in marks, be they stripes, scales or plumage, that constantly undulate as he moves, his movements twisting, hypnotic, making it hard for opponents to notice exactly where to strike. The Lunar adds half his Essence, rounded down, to the difficulty of all attacks made against him. This may be circumvented if an opponent decides not to look at the Lunar. Trying to avoid looking at the Lunar adds 2 to the difficulty of all actions involving the Lunar, including attacks and defenses.

Serpent Eye Defense
Cost: 2 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Manipulation 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Hypnotic Body Technique.
By locking his eyes with an opponent and activating this Charm, the Lunar distracts him, making him miss his strike. The opponent must be able to see, and to see the Lunar in the eye – usually that means he must be within the opponent’s Perception x5 yards – the opponent may avoid looking, but he may not do that after the Lunar declares this Charm. Once the Charm has been used, the opponent may declare he is avoiding the Lunar’s gaze. Trying to avoid looking at the Lunar adds 2 to the difficulty of all actions involving the Lunar, including attacks and defenses. When an opponent is stung, the Lunar subtracts a number of dice from the attack equal to his Manipulation score.

Snake Body Technique
Cost: 4 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Manipulation: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Serpent Eye Defense.
With the sinuous movements of a snake, the Lunar uses his enemy's own strengths against him. A blow that looks like it struck the Lunar is moved around his scales to strike its offender. Paying 4 motes, the Lunar receives a Dexterity+Dodge roll, rolled normally. If the Lunar's defense accumulate more successes than the attacker any damage from the attack is applied to the attacker instead of to the Lunar, with extra successes by the Lunar increasing the damage as usual. This cannot be defended, except by Perfect Defenses. Even if the Lunar fails to fully defend against the attack, the successes on the Dodge roll still count as defensive successes against the attack. Snake Body Technique cannot be used against counterattacks, and it is a form of Dodge, and thus cannot be used against Undodgeable attacks.

Running Through the Herd
Cost: 6 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Manipulation 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Serpent Eye Defense.
Improving on the technique of Serpent Eye Defense, the Lunar uses shifts of his body or illusion to make an enemy not only miss him, but hit another target. The Lunar rolls his Manipulation+Dodge as a Dodge attempt, with a difficulty equal to the attacker’s Perception. If the attacker channelled willpower or Temperance, it adds to this difficulty. If the Lunar suceeds, the Lunar is not hurt, and the strike hits a target within the Lunar’s Permanent Essence in yards instead.

Smiling Fox Feint
Cost: 2 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Supplemental
Minimum Manipulation 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Hypnotic Body Technique.
The Lunar strikes by blinding the opponent with silver light, their giggle the only thing that can be heard. While employing this Charm, the Lunar substitutes her Manipulation for her Dexterity while making a close combat attack. This Charm has to be used before the Lunar launches the attack, and while this 'attack' looks like one and can be defended against, it will never hit, wether the defender parries or not. Instead, the Lunar totals the successes in the 'attack' roll, regardless of any defense, to the victim's Perception. Each success beyond this difficulty subtracts one die from the target's defensive rolls against the next attack unaffected by this Charm that the Exalt makes. The dice subtracted are deducted from the first defensive roll, and if any remain after reaching the minimum they are deducted from the second defensive roll, and so on. These pool reductions do not carry over from one attack to the next, however.

Prince of Tricksters Attittude
Cost: 9 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Manipulation 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Smiling Fox Feint, Snake-Body Technique
The Lunar assumes the smiling face of Luna, becoming a grinning trickster, dancing around all attacks made against him, making sure all they do is make his foes' life worse! For the remainder of the scene, the Lunar may defend against all incoming attacks, and Social Actions by rolling his Manipulation+Essence. Charms that allow an Exalt to be immune to misdirection and illusion bypass this defense. The Lunar may also use every success he has on a successful defense above the opponent’s attack as a penalty on the opponent's actions against the Lunar(including defenses against the Lunar's attacks) on the turn the attack is defended or the next. The penalty for each enemy may not be greater than the Lunar's Manipulation.

Riddle of the Silver Moon
Cost: 6 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Intelligence 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Intelligence of the Moon-Kissed, Smiling Fox Feint.
The Lunar utters a riddle, one laced with essence of trickery and mysteries, and simply hearing it throws one in deep thought, leads one through danger, or even through hallucinations that personify the riddle itself. Either one discovers the way to solve the riddle that places him in such predicament, or is left entirely at the Lunar's mercy. This Charm may only be used once in a turn. The Lunar utters the riddle, directed at a single opponent, who makes a Intelligence+Lore roll with a difficulty equal to the Lunar's Intelligence. If she fails, she is rendered confused by the riddle for a number of turns equal to the Lunar's Essence, receiving a penalty equal to the Lunar's Intelligence on all non-virtue rolls, including her initiative.
