Fleet consists of:
- 25 triremes
- 5 tenders
- 35 biremes
- 23 support ships
- 1 First Age light warship.
Order of Battle:
There are 5 "wolfpack" squadrons. Each of these is 5 triremes + 1 tender. They act as long-range patrols.
There are 7 5-bireme marine squadrons, used primarily for amphibious assault.
The support ships are 8 of the largest possible ships, used for supply, and 15 fast couriers, used as scouts.
The First Age light warship is the flagship, of course, and also acts as roving reinforcement. Use of Infallible Messanger means it can usually be where it's most needed.
Personnel:
- Barada and his buddies, on the flagship.
- Each trireme is captained by a Dragon-blooded of middling experience (around 50 bonus points at character creation instead of 15) Water-aspected Captain
- Each trireme squadron has a sorcerer attached to it. These sorcerers know, at minimum, Emerald Countermagic, Summon Elemental, Calling the Wind's Kiss, Mast Shattering Spell, and Infallible Messenger.
- There are a scattering of other Dragon-Blooded officers throughout the fleet, with between 15 and 30 bonus points at character creation.
- Tenders and support ships are largely crewed entirely by mortals, though there are a few fast scout ships with Dragon-Blooded commanders (Standard character creation).
