As above, except that the successes are not split; the character makes one attack roll and applies all of the successes rolled to each target

DeathBySurfeit's Version

As above, except the charm is supplemental rather than extra action, and only costs 2 motes. If comboed with other supplemental charms such as damage enhancers, these apply to both targets.

Hugh's Version

Two-Target Method

Cost: 2 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Supplemental
Min. Dexterity: 4
Min. Essence: 2
Prereqs: Knowing the Arrow's Path

Using this charm, the PC may attack two targets with one arrow. The Player makes one attack roll against the first target, which may defend as normal, if the Arrow hits and deals at least one Health level, The arrow pierce through the target's Body and moves on to the second target, which again may defend as normal against a difficulty equal to the net Success of the initial roll. Second target must be Standing in the line of fire and within Bow range though other charms may negate these limitations.

Comments

Ok basically went the supplemental route, i would have gone with Extra action but it's not really allowing another full-pool action, can also extand the charm effect to more than two targets - as long as you hit off course, though that wouldn't really be Two Target Method =) I think the 2m cost is ok but can see it at 3m. I can see some nice tactics and stunts with this charm. - Hugh
