Type: Simple
Minimum Socialize: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Seizing-the-Tongue Technique
   Allows PC’s character to automatically succeed 
   at any socialize roll against a single target as long as that target 
   has a lower essence than exalt.

Forking a Silver Tongue Technique</b>

Duration: One Scene
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Socialize: 5
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Silver Tongue Method
   One with a silver tongue pushes his luck and plays 
   to a larger audience. PC spends 4 against the first 
   target as long as that target has a lower essence than exalt. 
   The speaker must commit 2 motes for each additional target 
   before activating the technique. Those with essence at or 
   higher then exalt can be targeted but are not affected.
