Dragon-Blooded Presence Charms by CrownedSun

Eye-Catching Flame

 Cost: 2 motes
 Duration: Instant
 Type: Reflexive
 Minimum Presence: 2
 Minimum Essence: 1
 Prerequisite Charms: None

A fire can be spotted for miles in the dark; similarly, a Dragon-Blooded with this charm has a firey soul that can draw attention to itself. The Dragon-Blooded has to merely spend 2 motes, and he can cause a single person of his choosing to look over in his direction. This charm does not work if the target is engaged in combat, or otherwise completely distracted, but it can draw the targets attention from other conversations. The target must make a Willpower roll to resist coming over to see the Exalt, or calling him over to her location.
This charm acts as an alternate prerequisite for Unbearable Taunt Technique.

Dragon's Awe Technique

 Cost: 5 motes
 Duration: Instant
 Type: Simple
 Minimum Presence: 4
 Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Glowing Goal Radiance, Eye-Catching Flame

The Terrestrial Exalted have been blessed by the Immaculate Dragon's with the ability to sway the minds of others toward the proper path, using their own passion and firey will to lead mortals along the proper destined path of their lives. A Dragon-Blooded with this charm can call upon some of that sacred duty, weighing their words with fiery passion and zeal. The Dragon-Blooded makes a social roll as normal, which must achieve a number of successes dependent on what the Dragon-Blooded is trying to convey and to whom he is trying to speak -- see SocialResolutionSystem for more details, or assign a difficulty from 1-9, depending on both factors. On a successful roll, the character must spend a willpower roll to avoid going along with the Dragon-Blooded's suggestion. Even with the expenditure of a willpower point, ignoring what the Dragon-Blooded has said is difficult, the equilivent to ignoring a virtue imperative. Future presence rolls on the target on the same subject have their difficulty reduced by 1, to a minimum of 0.
