This Charm is a Permanent enhancement to Elemental-Bolt Attack. With it, a Terrestrial can unleash not a blast of elemental power, but instead all the noise and fury of a thunderstorm channeled into a single rippling bolt of sound. Whenever employing Elemental Bolt Attack, the Terrestrial can chose to deal Bashing rather than Lethal damage. Each mote he invests into the Charm is transformed into 4B damage on his attack. Those struck by the bolt are instantly rendered deaf for the remainder of the scene, unable to hear even supernatural sounds or voices. This deafness does not effect targets with a higher Essence rating than the character. A character still cannot spend more than her Stamina when employing an Elemental-Bolt Attack empowered by this Charm.
