Though they are not directly related to the Elemental Dragons such as the Terrestials are there is a certain kinship between the Dragonblooded and the Elementals of Creation. When the Elemental Dragons took the Lesser Elemental Dragons as adopted children the entire elemental race became as younger kin to the Terrestial Exalted. The Dragonblooded though still know the words and the tone used to rule the Elementals and can call their brothers and sisters to task when they wish it. This potent charm reduces the MDV of any elemental by the Dragonblooded's Essence. Any Dragonblood with Breeding equal to the Essence of an Elemental of the same type as their aspect creates a worshipful loyalty Intimacy in the target towards the Blooded in question. This charm sadly does not work against any Greater Elemental Dragon as their minds are too alien and mad to be so swayed. For purposes of this charm count my FA Breeding as if it is normal Breeding +2.
