Pretty much what is says. We know that it's possible for the MF to learn Alchemical protocals, (if they're englightened) so could an Alchemical learn their charms? If so, how unbalancing would it be?
Well, in terms of combat charms, Heart of Chaos and Inescapable Volcano Stance would be the main charms to look at. Most Mountain Folk charms are effective empire supporting charms. -Talion
