These are a couple of charms I came up with while watching Ninja Sroll one night.

Cunning Eel Defense

Cost: 4 motes, 1 health level
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Min. Stamina: 4
Min. Essence: 3
Prereqs: Bear Embrace Method

When intangled in a fight that the Lunar needs to get away from She may focus the Essence around her to send an electrical current through her body, to send the opponent cowering into the corner. When locked in holds from opponets the player may use this to inflict 4L of unsoakable damage for defensive porpouses only.

Jolting Wire Shot

Cost: 5 motes/9 motes, 1 Health Level
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Min. Stamina: 4
Min. Essence: 3
Prereqs: Cunning Eel Defense

By drawing the Essence around her into her body and forming it with her own flesh, the Lunar creates a thin wire that can be thrown and wrapped around an opponent, then by focusing the rest of the drawn in essence she can send a jolting charge across the wire. The attack can be charged over by one round by spending an additional 4 motes of essence and one health level. First the player makes a dexterity, thrown roll (range is equal to dex x 3 yards) with a +2 difficulty. if successful the player rolls 4L + extra successes of unsoakable damage. For a charge the damage is increased to 8L + extra successes of unsoakable damage, if the brittle line is not broken by the opponent

What does "for defensive purposes only" mean? If you annoy me and I attack you, can you use Cunning Eel "in defense"? Also, unsoakable damage is pretty harsh for, well, almost anything. Damage that is only soakable through Stamina may be more appropriate, but it still seems pretty unfair. hplovescats

I think it means only protective dolphins can't soak. --UncleChu is a dick

I think these charms might be severely over-costed. Why does doing 4L dice of damage take an HL? ... oh wait. It's unsoakable. Never mind. -- GreenLantern
