Kelshen has always been a hard worker. A perfectionist and patriot at heart he always had a knack for organization and numbers. He served well first as a quartermaster then as an aid to several different officers over the few years he has been exalted. His dedication and devotion and his willingness to spend motes to ensure he never fails in his management responsibilities has made him somewhat known amongst the heads of Lookshy. His strong will and uncompromising nature is also well known. And so he has been sent to serve Teresu Altena as she acts as an Ambassador to the Celestial Empire rising in the east.
