Of Things Failing - Entropy exists in all things, but a Joker's anima becomes a centerpiece for such things as it grows in intensity. Things that depend on the interaction of physical parts, such as doorknobs and locks (of less than Tier difficulty to pick), are prone to loose themselves. As well, the busy air buffets ranged weapons from piercing the entrophic field, subtracting Tier successes from their flight. This is an environmental penalty.
