Elemental Procedures
Hesiah's Spark (0, Int, 2, One Minute) By chanting a very specific ritual prayer to the Elemental Dragon of Fire, the thaumaterge creates a few small sparks from his finger, just right to light a candle, stove, campire, etc. The sparks do no damage to anyone beyond a few smoke smuges. The fire created by this ritual is normal in every way. By the benificence of Hesiah, this ritual requires no willpower to enact.
Calling the Flame's Beneficence (1, Int, 2, Misc action) Mortal Immaculates learn to briefly call down Hesiah's favor. By intoning a brief prayer to him (and spending a point of willpower), a candle flame appears in their hand for 5 minutes. This can be used in the same way as any normal flame, except it doesn't harm the thaumaturge's hand.
