These are full-fledged Dynasts built with either the rules found in Exalted: the Dragon-Blooded, or patrician rules found in Exalted: the Outcastes. To balance things out, I build Patrician=built Terrestrials and Stair graduates with the flaws found in the Player's Guide to balance things.
Signature Characters
- Nellens Kagachi - The first Dragon-Blooded I ever built. She first appeared before the book even came out actually, complete with homebrewed Thrown Charms and whatnot.
