Ghosts are developed like normal characters in /Mortals, with the following modifications:<br />

* Heroic Ghosts begin with Essence of 2, 60 xp worth of fetters, 6 Arcanoi or Talents, and Passions equal to total Virtue dots.<br />
* Common Ghosts begin with Essence of 1, 20 xp worth of fetters, no Arcanoi, and Passions equal to total Virtue dots. They have 8 Experience points to spend.<br />

Ghost Essence pools are calculated like those of any Spirit (Essence * 10 + Willpower * 3 + Sum of Virtues * 2). The normal Fetter limitations on pages 126-127 of Abyssals apply, as do other rules not explicitely overwritten here, and of course the Passion / Virtue rules are extensive.<br />
