If it were my game, though, it'd be very unlikely for anyone but a Chosen of Battles to meet with Mars, and even then the Exalt would need to master the Sidereal Archery, Brawl, Melee, Presence, and Resistance trees in addition to learning all 33 Charms from Fivefold Way of Battles. She might expect this master of warfare to also develop lots of Combos to really explore the depths of this power before she's willing to talk to him. Ultimately, though, the final reward for learning the 33 Charms is totally up to the ST.
