Strength can now be used in place of Dexterity to make attacks (but not to defend). All charms that raise Strength now have their costs increased by 50%.

=== Martial Arts Ability ===
This ability now exclusively describes attacks with hands, feet, and weapons that naturally duplicate those motions, such as Tiger Claws, Gauntlets, Cesti, Iron-Shod Boots, and their artifact equivilents.

=== Martial Arts Styles ===
These will undergo significant changes, as listed under VaticanT/MartialArts.

=== Weapon Rate ===
All existing weapons will have their rates reduced by one. This is to encourage the use of multiple weapons, as well as kicks and punches. Weapons reduced below 1 may only attack every other turn, and have their rates listed as 1/2.
