This Unshakable Pillar of Industry leads the people of Ot through compassion and through exapmle. "Pillar" as known to those close to it, has no real gender, making it the proper example. For the working class of Ot has no gender. The working class is tireless, much like the Pillar of Industry. The working class works together like a well oiled machine. The Pillar of Industry focuses on completing it's said job with efficency and speed. Most assume the Pillar to be male, with it's tall standing phisique and lack of hair, and lack of female definition. And some assume the Pillar to be female with it's cool intelect and sense of compassion. But the truth still remains that the Pillar is both and none at the same time.

Being composed of almost completely white and red jade, the Pillar seems extreemly large for it's essence. A tool of the system, the Pillar was created to bridge the ever-growing gap between the everyday worker and the alchemicals.

In the Unshakeable Pillar of Industry is a soul that went unreconized for it's greatness. The soul went from person to person and each time the person with the soul worked well. Coming to work everyday, on time, without a sick-day in half a dozen generations. It took a long time for the soul to be exalted due to it's silent success at it's job. But when it was discovered to be such a good worker, they found a Jade caste receptical for the soul and put it to work.
