Celestials can have children, they just won't be any more likely to Exalt than anyone else. If the Exalted parent is powerful, Essence 4+ or so, the kid might be sorta second-sighted or something, but it's not being Exalted.<br />

Beastmen result from a Lunar sleeping with a mortal creature while not of the same shape -- a beat-form Lunar breeding with a mortal, or a mortal-form Lunar sleeping with animals. Guess it gets a mite lonely out there in the wilderness.<br />
