Alchemical Exalted size also contradicts itself at various points. 

As to the Essence issue, consider the actual sections on Alchemical rules to take precedence. My fellow writers didn't have that to work with when they did their sections, so no Essence 16. As always, 10 is the cap.

Same deal with the size. I kept the size ranges from ToT, so either re-size characters to their actual Essence or re-scale Essence to actual size.
