It's as big as you want it to be. My personal take is that, like all Primordials, it's bigger than a mortal can easily comprehend, so I'd say that it's around the diameter of what Creation used to be in the First Age. The habitable area inside of it is of course much smaller, providing all eight nations with only maybe triple the surface area of planet earth, tops.
