Like all members of the Bureau of Seasons above the lowest menials, Silver-Blossom Breeze holds two offices, one involved with a particular aspect of weather, and another concerning a portion of the calendar year. She appears as a very attractive and athletic, lavender-skinned woman with silvery flower petals in the place of hair. Tending towards subtlety and understatement, Silver-Blossom Breeze exudes a strong calming effect on those around her, balancing the tempestuous nature of many of her fellow Bureau members. However, her placid composure can be somewhat deceiving. She takes seriously her association with the Celestial Army and the Aerial Legion, and has developed considerable skill with several Martial Arts Styles (though she greatly prefers to practice these skills in peaceful and friendly sparring compared to true aggressive combat).

In addition to her duities involved with the weather (overseeing the momentary lulls and placidity that often come right before a significant storm) and the seasons (she reports to Orora-Hido, Goddess of Clouds and Taisho of the Season of Ascending Air, and has her own staff of 7 gods, one for each day, allong with a clutch of secretaries and signatories), Silver-Blossom Breeze also regularly assists in the planning and provisioning of the Calibration Festival, where she manages to deftly manipulate the normal chaos of preparations into bursts of calm rational productivity.
