Contacts 2: No one in specific. More the general grapevine of information in and around Nexus that he can hunt down information from if needed. Guild men, smiths, horse traders who he's done shoeing for before, that sort of thing.

Resources 3: From his business. Most of this tied into the cart, the portable forge, and the horses, though there's a greatl deal of money for buying new supplies that he keeps with his mother's house in Nexus.

== Appearance ==

This is a man built for physical labor, with a body fine-tuned over the
years toward that end goal. His broad shoulders are tanned from exposure to
the sun, while his arms are marked with little scars and old burns that
proclaim his profession as smith even more than his physique does. His black
hair is cut short, probably to keep it out of the way while he works. He's
not particularly handsome, though there's something compelling in the square
jaw, the aquiline nose, the fierce intelligence in his dark eyes.

His attire tends toward the practical more often than not. He wears no
jewelry to get in the way of his work, nor anything truly decorative. His
basic outfit consists of a thin sleeveless tunic tucked in to leather pants
marked by years of sparks and burns from the forge. When at work, he adds a
leather apron and a pair of heavy gloves to the ensemble for proper
protection. When traveling, he wears a midnight blue buff jacket for
protection against the elements and bandits both.
