Originally created in the kitchens of the legendary restaurant Kassiel's (which tragically burned down during [[/TheGreatNexusFire|The Great Nexus Fire]] four decades ago), this dish is both supremely expensive and just as difficult to make correctly. The ingredients, which are collected from various places across Nexus (most ominously from [[/NightWoodPark|Night Wood Park]]), are variously heated and chilled, and the making of a single portion can take almost two hours, assuming everything is already in place.

Traditionally served in a small cut-crystal dish and eaten with a long silver spoon, Toppled Susan is a delicacy that few will have the patience to sample, given the time it takes to make, but those who have tried it will whole-heartedly recommend it to their fellows.
