Owned by one [[/ElegantKoi|Elegant Koi]], a recent graduate of [[/DagonAcademy|Dagon Academy]], this small ground-floor establishment has quickly become one of the most prestigious clothiers in the District. Catering to likes of [[/DelosFerrano|Delos Ferrano]], the business grew quickly. Most neighbors liked the polite and attractive Koi better than the thamaturge who had lived there previously, so everyone was happy.

Since starting the Business, Elegant Koi has displayed exceptional tailoring talent, the only downside being a slight overuse of the color black. Some of his notable achievements are that he has actually manage to weave clothing with protective value. (Mechanically: this clothing looks perfectly normal, but raises the wearer's lethal soak by 1 [Resources ••••] or 2 [Resources •••••]). This counts as armor and is stackable with worn armor. This clothing has no fatigue or mobility penalty, but if multiple sets are layered, the result has a fatigue and mobility penalty equal to the number of layers, as they seem to stick and catch on each other.

He also sells a special all-black buff jacket. (Mechanically: costs Resources •••••, has a lethal and bashing soak equal to 4, and also has a -1 fatigue and mobility penalty. It may be worn over a single layer of his clothing without penalty.)

From the former owner's notes, Koi learned enough about the Firmin to contain it, but not how to get rid of it. Koi has learned how to spin the firmin's ichor into strong black thread, which he uses to make his special clothing. This is not exceptionally difficult, but few sorcerers are tailors.
