So mostly as an intellectual exercise, and also for ease of browsing if anyone wants to put this mutha through its paces, I have assembled ye olde PDF version. It clocks in at 3.5 megs and a whopping 259 pages. I can easily update this, and possibly make it prettier depending on how much effort I can dredge up - including things such as Goudy, the Exalted font of choice, and macking about with illustrations.

Sweet! I've been idle with RL projects and stuff, but this is very cool! Oop, found one problem, which was in the original source. Under the Wherz'th'beef Gang writeup, the three gang members are identified as Paddle-Wheels instead of members of the Wherz'th'beef gang. --JohnBiles
