The exalt sings his command to his troops, and the cunning of his strategem makes them surpass their limitations. 
The exalt makes a coordinated attack roll as normal; those he commands need not hold their actions. If the roll is successful, every coordinated person gets one free attack, regardless of whether it is their actionl; it does not inflict a DV penalty. If their tick does coincide with their action, they can also use their normal action as part of the coordinated attack as per normal; however, the reflexive attack is not part of any flurry that they would use, and so does not inflict onslaught penalties.

The exalt leaves a seed of weakness in his lessons as he instructs, and may exploit that seed at a later time. The exalt may, when making an opposed roll against someone he has taught, choose to simply ignore the lessons he has taught them. Their pools lose dice equal to those gained through that teacher's magical instruction.

The first time that the master attempts this effort, the student may roll perception + war; every success rolled restores one of their dice for the scene. Each time the master attempts this in their student's life, the student gains one free success on their perception + war roll.
