Ephoria is Isidoris' concept of fecundity, primal and pure fertility. At the core of Isidoris, there is a great stretch of his gut eaten away by maggots into a network of branching tunnels like an ant's den. This is no death-stain on his flesh, no site of some great old wound, but rather the home of his fetich soul. Ephoria is a woman standing alone and naked in a great cavern of flesh, appearing completely human and perfect. She is unflinchingly seductive and never coy; she regrets nothing about her purpose.

Near-invisible individual strands of her hair stretch to the walls of the cavern, and at every point where they meet Isidoris' flesh, the walls bloom gravid with young waiting to burst from their cocoons. The hallways surrounding her home are swarming with behemoths and demons she has birthed who have not yet consumed each other, often swarming and breeding to produce further generations of her young.

She is responsible for countless behemoths and still breeds them anew; hordes are at her beck and call, although she would not call them so; it would interfere with their natural behavior. She is ultimately a laissez faire mother; she has no interest in making her children behave, and is only interested in making them be; even if she is bound and a sorceror commands her, she will be unable to issue direct orders except to her souls, that being against her nature. Likewise, Isidoris asks nothing of her, being content that she is creating life in his image. She can, however, be made to birth great and fearful creatures; or, she is subtle enough to recreate a replica of a lost lover or rival.
