Rules 
I'm using a partially modified rules of Domino's Lunar character creation to balance the Lunar out with the Solar and Abyssal.
*knacks cost the same as favored charms
*2 extra charms at chargen

Description 

Anima 
a coral snake of flowing moonsilver coiling up and then arching it's back and hissing against a shimmering corona of light like a lunar eclipse

Thomasius is a genuinely nice guy who just wants to make the world a better place. Before the Silver Pact was able to save him, he had actually been hidden from the Wyld Hunt by a family of compassionate farmers. Despite being poor, they allowed him to hide on their land (The climate is rainforesty, think of a coffee farm, not a big one, but an independantly owned one maintained by a single family). They also misdirected the Wyld Hunt away from him even though they knew he was what others would call Anathema.

At that moment, Grey Shades swore to himself that he would do everything to save mortals, for anything that could show such spontaneous compassion deserved to exist.

He is a bit of a Marxist, and thinks of himself as a great philosopher and a talented conversationalist. He believes that he is the type of person who could sway crowds to listen to him and inspire others simply by the power of his speechs.

He is not. He is very intelligent, but people usually find him a bit pretentious, and he is quick to blame the problems of the Scarlet Empire and much of Creation on the rich and powerful oppressing the lower classes. For example, if a farmer told him that he currently did not have the money to buy a new plow for his field, Thomasius would probably launch into a furious and impassioned speech about it being an example of those in power keeping the lower classes under their boot through economic manipulation rather then...you know, helping him make some money or even giving him a plow.

Still, he's a pretty friendly person for all that, and good in a fight as well. Still, he'd rather talk and study then get into a fight, which he finds unpleasant.

His relationship with the Silver Pact is a bit strange. He often prefers to work in more urbanized environments then most Lunars would feel comfortable in. Thus, he does not communicate with the Pact that often. He will do what they need him to, though. If he is called by a member of the Pact, he will answer out of respect. His blazing intellect and talent for working in places where most Lunars would rather not be in have won him some grudging respect among the pact. Still, his attachment to mortals is considered an eccentricity to most, but there are a few who have become suspicious of his true loyalties. Would Thomasius be able to do what is necessary for the Thousand Streams project if it required a culling of the mortal population, for example?

We'll see...

Thomasius himself was born in a tropical zone, actually he is native to the East where this takes place, if not the specific region where it begins. He is a black man with a head of short, curly hair and a carefully trimmed beard and mustache combo that only covers his face, his cheeks and neck are shaved regularly. He often walks around looking like any other mortal through use of Hide of the Cunning Hunter, and prefers to only show his moonsilver tattoos when he is among other Lunars. He prefers to dress in cloths made of breathable material, such as cotton, he favours short-sleeved shirts and pants, at least when he is in the East. A robe doesn't work very well when someone is trekking through a forest, after all.
