Filling the Half-Full Vessel - Terrestrial Circle -- IanPrice 
Cost: 5 motes per trait per subject <nowiki>and/or</nowiki> variable motes transferred 
Duration: Until the next sunrise.

People's bodies are made up of the elements in various proportions, and their capabilities are defined by how well balanced these elements are and how deep their reserves run. With this spell, a sorcerer may impose perfect balance and fill a person's reserves to capacity, infusing them with raw elemental Essence. The subject of this spell glows with a mild inner radiance for the duration of the spell.

A single sorcerer may affect up to Intelligence + Occult + Essence subjects with this spell at one time, not including herself; she must first infuse herself before infusing others. Infusions may be made all at once or separately. The sorcerer first chooses Attributes, Abilities (with at least one dot), and Virtues in herself which she wishes to improve, paying 5m per trait (as usual for sorcery, this is not committed). Each trait is raised to her Essence score if it was less. Following this, she may infuse others in any or all of the same traits, up to the limit of the spell. When infusing others, she may also refill their Essence pools from her own mote reserves, if they are Essence channelers.

Due to the intensely elemental nature of this spell, it does not cause the normal anima effects associated with peripheral motes. No matter what being casts this spell, no matter whether with peripheral motes, count the cost of this spell towards an Anima Flux as if a terrestrial Exalt were spending peripheral motes. For actual terrestrials, this will be their normal flux. For any other sorcerers, it will be an amalgam of all the elements.

Radiant Fufillment of Exaltation - Man-Machine Protocol -- ArabianNinja 
Cost: 20 motes (10 committed by target) 
Minimum Clarity: 2 
Duration: Scene 
Range: Touch

This Protocol is often used prior to great conflict as a means to give the Alchemical a greater edge, amplifying their Anima powers, becoming the Epitome of their Caste. The Protocol is cast by touching the target Alchemical's Soulgem, their Crown Charkra. Their bodies and minds are then immediately invigorated with the slight brush of Autochthon's majesty, and their Exaltation's power manifests to a greater degree; their interconnecting veins of Essence fill with blinding light, their Anima banner manifests at the iconic level, their Soulgem glows with a holy radiance that can be seen for miles.

Once cast, this protocol takes 10 motes from the target's mote pool which remains committed for the scene. Their Caste Abilities are immediately raised to their maximum possible score, any Caste Attributes that have already been filled normally instead gains the blessing of +2 dice to all actions involving it. In addition, all Caste charm activation costs are reduced by <nowiki>Essence/3</nowiki> (rounding up) motes. However this Protocol is fatiguing, for the power they receive is more than their body can take. The Alchemical must roll Stamina every (10-Target's Essence) actions, a failure means the Alchemical suffers a level of unsoakable and unavoidable lethal damage. Botching causes the Protocol to end immediately, the Alchemical taking three levels of unsoakable and unavoidable lethal damage. At the end of the scene the Alchemical will be reduced to their -4 health level regardless of any other factor due to the stress of the Protocol on themselves. Finally those subjected to this Protocol gain 3 points of temporary clarity for their brush with the Great Makers hand is felt deeply.

Harvest of Lilies - Shadowlands Circle Necromancy -- [[Paincake]] 
Cost: 15 motes (5 are committed until the duration ends or subject dies) 
Duration: Essence in Weeks 

Casting this spell is no small feat; a garden of floating lilies must be somehow encouraged to grow in the Shadowlands. Then, 5 willing mortals must be found who will receive the blessing of the dark lily blooms. When cast upon the still pool of water (which some say opens at the bottom to Oblivion itself) the lilies transform into cruel mockeries of their former selves with a single sharp thorn protruding from their blossom center. The caster then ceremonially places the lilies on the spinal column of each intended, who transcends his old self to become something more. (Turns Mortals into Heroic mortals) This lasts only a week and leaves the mortal worse off than he was during his 'Exaltation;' he reverts to his original existence and takes a lethal health level in damage as the lily withdraws. The process can become addictive, and serves as a cheap way to create shock troops or specialists.

Call The Shrouded Witness - Labyrinth Circle Necromancy -- DeathBySurfeit 
Cost: 25 motes 

As this necromantic incantation begins, an ethereal disc of smoked glass appears before the caster; through its wavering haze, strange blotted landscapes and creatures of indistinct form can be seen. At its culmination, the necromancer steps back - from the mirror steps forth an entity to face her. It is a perfect reflection in profile, though drained of colour and hazy of form. The necromancer musters herself, and makes a Charisma + Performance roll, adding her Essence in successes - she states what it is that she will do, and why she does it. The entity, for its part, says nothing.

The two step forward once more, and the mirror shatters at their contact. Provided the necromancer performs her stated action for her stated purpose before dawn, she receives bonus successes equal to those rolled on her Performance check. She also, however, botches - whilst her plans will likely succeed, it will have dire consequence for her. The spell's effect is evoked on the first action that fulfills the stated requirements, and is thereafter expended (although it may be cast again).

Brightly Burning Firework Army - Celestial Circle Sorcery -- [[Han'ya]] 
Cost: 15 motes per individual 
Duration: One scene

This spell affects a group numbering no more than the caster's Essence. All individuals join hands with the caster, who begins to incant the spell. As she speaks, her words appear as shining glyphs upon the skin of those affected by her spell. When the spell concludes, the final word shines from their foreheads like a caste mark.

All those affected by this Charm, including the caster, take levels of bashing damage equal to the caster's permanent Essence, which ignores Hardness, but can be soaked naturally. For the remainder of the scene, they gain bonus dots equal to the caster's permanent Essence to divide among their physical Attributes. This does not count as a dice bonus from Charms, and may raise Attributes above permanent Essence.

Flare the Melancholy Soul - Solar Circle Sorcery -- [[Paincake]] 
Cost: 40 motes 
Range: Self/Touch
Duration: One Scene or Death

Created, sorrowfully, as a measure of final need. The being targeted must have expended their essence (ST discretion; 2 or 3 essence ain't no thang); they begin to generate essence, at 10 motes a turn for 3 turns. The number of motes goes up by five every following turn. If they cannot expend all the essence, they begin to take lethal health levels for every mote over their limit they go, soakable with only 1/2 their stamina. Upon reaching 0 health levels, the target is consumed.

Esta wept into her hands. All that remained was ash.

Paincake, that new spell is awesome, and is exactly what I imagine when I think of 'turning it up to 11': going balls out crazy nuts and trying to kill all of them before either they kill you, or you kill yourself in the doing so. Two phrases come to mind about this spell: "Does it do a lot of damage? Well, a lot of damage is done." and "Excessive force. If it doesn't get the job done, you're not using enough of it." -- [[DarkPhoenix]]
