The fae has achieved mastery of the powers of chaotic confusion. Her mysterious, haunting and beautiful songs can bring disorder even to whole armies. To use this charm, the fae rolls Performance + Manipulation. Anyone who can hear this song is affected by it, and must roll his remaining Temporary Willpower + Essence vs. the fae's roll. Just like the charm “Eyes of Confusion,” if they fail, they are “confused” for a number of rounds equal to the fae’s successes on her roll, minus their successes on the defensive roll. The song is mystical and can only be blocked out using charms or similarly magical effects (such as unsheathing Qingu's sword Pearl of the Bottomless Sea)--you can still hear the song if you cover your ears or shout loudly. The fae can spend an additional five motes to prevent her allies from being affected by her song. This charm could seriously affect the outcome of a large-scale battle.
