Some things are just not suitable for throwing let alone hurting someone with. A Lawgiver though does not care about such things. They make what they have at hand as balanced as a throwing knife and as accurate as a javelin. With this anything from a piece of paper to a flower petal to a feather can be thrown without regard to the normal rules for such things. Soft weapons like that offer no bonus damage but can inflict damage. They have the same range and accuracy as a throwing knife. Harder objects like busts of people or chairs or such may cause additional damage as the Storyteller decides. There are two main advantages of this charm compared with others for making weapons. The first is that there is no obvious flareup to draw attention to it. The second is that it of course allows some pretty dramatic throwing of roses.<br />
