The King is the land. Though others may seek to usurp it out from under him, it could no more act in hindrance to him than could his own arm. Once this Charm is learned, so long as he is standing upon land that he is recognized as the ruler of, the Solar is immune to any environmental penalties or environmental damage inflicted from sources both mystical and natural.
'''Perquisite Charms:''' Law of the Land
In times of danger, the Solar King may call upon the very land itself to slow and hinder his enemies. Any army to invade his kingdom will find the earth itself in rebellion to their every step. Roads will become rough with sharpened stones and rivers bloated with flood waters. Flocks of birds and rodents will raid their food stores nightly and trees will close in nightly, leaving their stores empty and their water skins dry. Their horses and beasts of burden will be harrowed every step by wolves and bears and other predators or assaulted without relent by stinging insects. The rain will hammer them every day, the clouds hanging literally above their heads alone, letting through no sun unless they are creatures who fear that golden light.

Armies on the march can move no more than one third of their base movement speeds each day and will loose supplies three times as quickly as they might normally. They all automatically fail their morning rolls to regain Willpower and Essence users among them cannot achieve a restful enough state to regain motes naturally. Finally, every hostile combatant or known agent will suffer an environmental penalty to their actions equal to the Permanent Essence of the Solar. The strain of this Charm is taxing upon a ruler and the health level required heal slowly, as if caused by aggravated damage.

Suggested cross-polination between [[SolarPerformance/Greymane|Solar Performance]] Charms and other stuff. Or rather, more accurately, completely changing the ability certain Charms were based from. -- [[Greymane]]
