The Solars are wise in understanding the motives of others. In fact it is rather easy for them to match their words to the motives of others even those they have just met. This charm enhances a social attack and makes it sound as if it the idea or claim or whatever the Solar is making is aligned with someone else's own motivation. This is however a single person charm. It is of no good targetting a crowd. This charm is explicitely capable of being comboed with charms from other Abilities. Note that a Solar does have to worry about consequences should others listen in on the talk and here him claiming to support another in one way and of course the target also thinks the Solar was offering a way to help further that goal.

As the Chosen meant to rule Creation they are able to find aid amongst any corner of it. While this charm is active the Solar is treated as having Contacts 5 and one major contact in the area they are in. Their caste mark must be open and visable, gleaming throughout charm use, for this benifit.
