Body-Restoring Trance
Cost: 25 motes
Duration: One day
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Medicine: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Body-Mending Meditation

The Exalt's ability to channel healing essence through his body increases to phenomenal ability. This charm is identical to Body-Mending Meditation except where noted above, and that the character heals at 100 times (!) the normal rate. This charm is not compatible with its prerequisite.

I'd definately consider upping the Essence requirement a bit for this one. In as little as three hours of rest, after all, you can gain the equilivalent of twelve and a half days of healing! That's sufficient for a Solar without any Ox-Body to heal both -2s, both -1s and his -0. That strikes me as sufficiently fast healing that it might be worth Essence 3. - CrownedSun
