It is said by some sages that all things affect everyone else--if one looks hard enough, one can see the fate of the Scarlet Empress in the fall of an autumn leaf in Great Forks. While the insights provided by this charm are nowhere near so piercing, it does allow for leaps of logic and clarity of thought that seem similarly miraculous. Conclusions and proofs collapse into obvious truths, and the implications of a half-heard whisper on the street are clear and sharp as adamant. For every two motes spent on this charm, the Exalt gains an extra die on any Lore roll, up to a maximum of their Attribute+Lore Ability.

As with the Tiger Warrior Training Technique, The Solar can take the most lowly and instill in them a lasting measure of his greatness. Anyone save perhaps the thoughtless souldead prey of the Fair Folk finds their thoughts clearer, faster, and more piercing, and their knowledge base grows as instruction proceeds. An Exalt may instruct up to (his Essence x 10) mortals with this charm. Such instruction may cover whatever topics the Exalt desires--he may choose the general placement of attribute and ability dots among his subjects.
After a month of training, the subjects of this charm will have at least two mental abilities at three, one Twilight Caste skill at three, along with at least one specialty, and may pick up the rudiments of Thaumaturgy. Continued use of this charm, or instruction upon already erudite targets, will continue to enhance these numbers.

Copper Web Tremblings

The bond forged by the Spider-Savant instruction ties the Exalt who used this charm to those scholars she trained for all time: to use this charm, she taps not only into her own knowledge base, but theirs: with the expenditure of Essence, she adds his permanent Essence to any given Lore roll. This explicitly does not count against the Attribute+Ability cap of dice she may add via other charms.
