Rather then try to figure out another's language the Solar draws upon the ancient principals by which the Primordials ordered Creation and lets them speak the defining language of the world, Old Realm. The character's caste mark flares to life on their brow and his words are understood by all as if he were speaking Old Realm and their words in his presence are heard and understood by all as Old Realm.

+With golden words and unceasing tongues did the Lawgiver's extend the reach of the Realm in ages past.  Wether nigh incomprehensible race spawned in the Wyld's depths or the thousand forgotten races of Eloge locked under the surface where none knew their words the Solar found a way.  This enhances its prerequisite.  For 3m a Solar can enhance any language he understands through Excellent Emissary's Tongue and can speak, write and understand it as if he were a native speaker of it and the Solar can even choose to have or lack an accent if desired.  Additionally, the mastery of others tongues makes the words of the Solar particularly hard to just ignore.  Reduce listeners DMDV by the Solar's Essence as an externally penalty.

Even as a Solar provides these gifts to let people come together they give them purpose and direction so wise are the Lawgivers. Those in the Solar's presence while this charm is active understand any language they hear spoken or read. Additionally the Solar using this charm can name an Intimacy that all those affected by this charm treat as if they possessed it for purposes of social combat.

As an Obvious effect the Solar's mark appears in some prominent place extending its benefits to those there without the Solar needing to be present. Anyone who hears a language spoken they can not normally understand can as a training effect learn it so long as they are not in experience debt. In this way a Solar brings the gift of understanding to people even when he has moved on.
