:As the availability of essence to Raksha in creation waxes and wanes-- mostly wanes-- many Raksha gorge themselves on emotion in hopes of surviving the harsh dry spells which threaten them. For each time this charm is taken, the Raksha adds 6 motes to her essence pool. However, the Raksha may only fill this extra capacity by feeding on the emotions of others, or by using essence-draining magic. The character cannot recharge this bonus pool with Cysts, Carbuncles, respiration, or any other passive means. Players may purchase this charm up to once per dot of the Raksha's Cup.</div>
