The Brotherhood of Lake and River is one of its greatest expressions - the Lunar and her comrade must cut the palms of their hands and bind their wounds together for a few moments while oaths of eternal brotherhood are spoken and this charm is activated. From that point on the comrade becomes the Lunar's ''Sibling.''

Thereafter the Lunar is aware of her Siblings's distance, direction and wether the Sibling is wounded(into a -2 Wound Penalty) or dead. When they are closer than 100 yards to each other the Lunar can even read their surface thoughts. If the Lunar and the Sibling have used this Charm on each other to create a Reciprocal bond they are able to converse without words.

The Lunar cannot have more than twice her Compassion in Siblings - this Charm lasts until the Sibling's death.

If the sibling fails it must abandon all it is doing to come to the Lunar's aid. Success still means it must roll once for each other interval. If the Sibling is successful in this roll a number of times equal to the Lunar's Essence score (or if they are otherwise unable to come to aid) the compulsion is broken.
