== CREATURES ==

Creation is a vast place filled with many differen creatures, i have come up with a few of my own.

=== The Strophaad ===

In recent times, tales of a race of flying snake men living atop stormy clouded mountains, wretched and awful creatures said to pray on all who are unfortunate enough to meet them. The Strophaad, are a monstrously beautiful breed of reptiles, scavenger birds and human. During harsh storms a hunting pack will leave the murder to attack anything below. They will carry off any creature it finds including men, woman and children and carry them back to their lairs. The Strophaad devour and bathe in the blood of their prey and prefering warm blood over cold. The females also known as Podar or Podaran stand about 4 and half feet tall and have feathered wings extending from their shoulders reaching up to 8 feet, long bird like legs with vicious claws, while their torsos are covered in small smooth scales. Despite all this Harpies have very human looking features, bearing velumptious curves and beautiful smiles that hide their razor sharp teeth. The Males commonly known as Aello are fierce and cruel, they will protect their murder until death and into the afterlife. Commonly standing 6 feet tall, well built and lean, their black and deep blue feathers have a slightly oily sheen, and extend almost 12 feet. When a Male Strophaad dies in battle the Podar Matriarchs will raise them so that they may continue to serve the murder even further. Because these creatures have been known to use a strange form of necromancy, many believe their origins lie in the under world. The Strophaad, tainted and raised as he servants of these awful avians are known as The Celaeno or Celaenon and are the undying Sentinels of the Strophaad murder.

/Aello (The Storm Wings)

The Aellonian Storm Wings, protect and hunt for their murder. They possess a fierocity known very few places in creation and hey will fight to the death knowing they will rise again to serve their Strophaad clan. Quick to anger and honoring violence above all things these creatures could only have come from the darkness known as the Underworld.

/Podar (The Fleet Swift)

The Podaaran Matriarchs, also known as the The Fleet Swift, are the heart of the Strophaad sociaty. They care for the young, known as the Ocypete, and are ruled by the eldes female in the murder. A coven of priestess govern the dark rituals that comprise the Strophaad Religen.

/Celaeno (The Dark Talons)

These foul beasts, serve only to protect their murder. They act with a single mindedness known only to he undead. They have no want of food, they only wish for the carnage of battle. Somewhat slower than their living relatives, the Celaenin exist only to serve the Podaaran Matriarchs that created them and to tear into the flesh of the weak mortals living below.
