The relics unearthed before young Passic's eyes were touchstones of a golden era, wondrous signposts of civilizations whose unique capabilities had been lost to plague and strife.

−	Passic’s background has naturally cursed him with broad interests. He has studied and learned a little about a lot, relying mostly on his innate attributes to get by in place of deeper knowledge. However, his exaltation as a scholar of the Twilight Caste may yet bring a needed focus to his life.

−	Passic is haunted by the First Age memories of a society that was far more humane than the savage nations of the present; one sustained by a magitech that had nearly curtailed poverty. The young Twlight scholar finds himself attracted to the craftsman’s arts of Fire, and may well branch out into related Earth interests once he has mastered these. At the same time, the path of the sorcerer calls to him, and as wary as he feels initially, he will not be able to resist the opportunity to shape the Essence of Creation through arcane technique and force of will.
