−	Dawning Daughter was born to a wine maker and his wife in a valley at the edge of the Cloud Forest Mountains. Extraordinarily athletic and blessed with many talents, she carried an undefined heroic destiny of some note, which attracted the attention of certain gods in Yu-Shan. Even before her Exaltation, an anonymous divinity sought to make use of her future potential, and bribed a falcon spirit to train her in the arts of combat.

During the First Age the falcon had been a guardian spirit of the Qīnggōng Temple on the shoulder of Imperial Mountain — a training center and retreat for the practitioners of the [[/Lazuline Raptor Style]]. Unwittingly, the falcon god has passed on the essentials of the form to Dawning Daughter, and these have taken root in her fighting style and understanding of the world.

In social situations she seeks to overawe or browbeat those who disagree with her. While content to defend her Circle and hone her fighting skills to superhuman levels, her life will be complicated by her blossoming talents in arts of combat leadership and healing. Skilled as she is in applying the micro-level principals of fighting to organized battles, her lack of empathy and her periodic red rages may well prove her undoing if left unchecked.
