This charm permanently enhances its' prerequistie. The Lawgiver can, when undertaking a craft action supplemented by Craftsman Needs No Tools, work in bursts of furious crafting rather than at a slow, steady pace. They make their craft roll as a dramatic action once a day, taking one minute for mundane crafts or hour for artifacts, and accomplish as much as if they'd spent the entire day on the project; they cannot spend more time on the project when working in this manner, however, but can use the rest of their time as they wish. 
The Solar can instead choose to devote all their time as normal for a crafting project; if they do so, the benefits above are replaced by an improvement of [Essence] to the speed modifier granted by Craftsman Needs No Tools (thus, Essence x4).
