Primordial War Techniques 
Diligent Training Practices Pattern [10m2wp, Ess 3]

In a series of training exercises, the Sidereal may encourage those under his command to perform their duties in the most auspicious manner. This Charm trains a military unit and requires five or more hours of drilling and practice battles in a week to be effective. The Charm increases the Drill of the unit by one per week of training, to a maximum of Drill 4. Additionally, she picks one Trait to improve: Strength, Stamina, Martial Arts, or Melee. In each week of training, the members of the unit can raise one such trait to a maximum of four or the Sidereal's trait, whichever is lower.

Virtuous Warrior of Heaven Procedures [--, Ess 4] 
Requires: Diligent Training Practices Pattern 
This technique augments any Primordial Shield techniques with the training Keyword. The Sidereal may train any Virtue as if it were on the list of traits.
