This artifact instrument was highly revered in both Yu-Shan and among the Solar Deliberative for the exquisite harmonies it produced. The actual artifact itself is a pair of bangles and a circlet of intertwined starmetal and moonsilver, with a hearthstone setting in each bracelet and one in the circlet. 

Expanding the features of the Pectoral of Resplendent Speeches, these ornaments - attuned for 5m - allow the character to spend 2m per scene to weave fate, essence, and the magical material stored Elsewhere into a fluid form, resembling any instrument or adornment desired. This instrument grants +4 dice on any relevant Performance roll, and can further be used [with an appropriate stunt] on Presence and Socialize rolls, the musical sound enhancing the timber of the character's voice, drawing attention to her. Spending a total of 5m per scene (cumulative with the summoning of an instrument) allows the character to damp out sound within 100 yards, letting her be heard perfectly. 

Finally, summoned instruments can be used as an artifact weapon of appropriate shape, while still counting as an instrument or adornment - making it a form weapon for Dreaming Pearl Courtesan, Silver-Voiced Nightingale, and similar martial arts.
