The Path of the Thundering Dragon 
Terrestrial Martial Art 

The air ripped and crackled with thunder and lightning as the Dragon King tore the ship apart with swift movements and extreme accuracy. Witness the devastating power of The Path of the Thundering Dragon! 

The secret of The Path of the Thundering Dragon is known only to one individual in the Time of Tumult, all those who knew its secrets have since passed on and become savage beasts once more. The Lesser Elemental Dragon Varshung - Weather Censor of the Northern Kingdoms, is the only one who knows the secrets to this path. This individual once taught a worthy Dragon king, the Grandmaster Theenck, the style at some point in the First Age. It is said Varshung was a harsh master and demanded proof of Theenck's worthiness to learn the secrets of the art. If one could prove one was worthy to learn the style perhaps Varshung would teach the principles and techniques again?

The Path of the Thundering Dragon seeks to emulate the devastating power of the Thunderstorm in all its aspects. The living embodiment of this concept is Varshung, a weather censor of the North. He is known for his violent outbreaks of terrible destruction and wrath when they are called for, but also complete control over his domain, moving with an elegance and speed like the Thunderstorm itself.

The Path of the Thundering Dragon uses the Shock Gauntlet as an unarmed weapon for the purposes of the style.

Impending Storm Stance

The quiet before the storm is all consuming, you know the devastation is coming; it's only a matter of time. The air takes on a fresh cold aspect and silence spreads outwards from it as the storm approaches. Learning to master this aspect allows the martial artist to also prepare for upcoming battle. For the scene, you are considered aware of all attacks made against you. Only supernatural attacks can escape natures all sensing stance.

Speed of the Winds

Minimum MA: 3 
Minimum Essence: 1 
Prerequisites: Impending Storm Technique

The wind moves in unpredictable gusts and twisting gales. By truly understanding this, the martial artist can also to move with the speed of the winds. His movement rate and jumping distance are both doubled.

Cover of the Storm 
One Scene 
Simple 
Cost: 4m 
Minimum MA: 3 
Minimum Essence: 2 
Prerequisites: Impeding Storm Technique

Those who see the storm coming rush for cover because the storm can hide things much worse than rain. Those who have learned to hide themselves like the dragon in the storm, may use that knowledge through this charm. The martial artist may add his martial arts dice to stealth on any checks he makes for the rest of the scene.

Thundering Dragon Form 
One Scene 
Simple 
Cost: 5m 
Minimum MA: 4 
Minimum Essence: 2 
Prerequisites: Speed of the Minds, Cover of the Storm 

Those who have mastered the coming of the storm, its blistering speed and have realised its hidden danger can see the danger within each storm. The Thundering Dragon itself. Martial Artists take on the aspects of the Thundering Dragon themselves. The martial artist may increase his movement speed and jumping by a factor of his permanent essence. (E.g. Essence 2 characters can double their speed, where as an essence 3 character can triple it.) The martial artist may add his Martial Arts to his dodge attempts, reflecting the swift movements of the storm. These dodge dice are used as supplemental dice rather than reflexive. Only one form charm may be used at any one time.

Precise Lightning Strike

Prerequisites: Thundering Dragon Form

The devastating power of a lightening strike is released with this charm, with the martial artist channelling essence with the precision and power of Lightning. The martial artist may add his Essence to the accuracy of the attack.

Blistering Hailstorm Technique 
Instant 
Supplemental 
Cost: 3m 
Minimum MA: 5 
Minimum Essence: 3 
Prerequisites: Thundering Dragon Form

The power of the hailstorm is un-denied, the relentless downpours of frozen chunks of ice can devastate landscapes. By learning to emulate the hailstorm the martial artist learns to use its power in his own attacks. The martial artist may add his essence to the damage of the attack.

Unrelenting Rain Downpour

Extra Action 
Cost: 7m, 1W 
Minimum MA: 5 
Minimum Essence: 3 
Prerequisites: Thundering Dragon Form

The rain never stops it pours away till every thing is soaked, even till things are swamped beneath it. By understanding this aspect the martial artist may make an attack for every point of permanent essence he has. When using this charm dice pools may not be split and all actions must be used to attack the same target. The target rolls only once for defence and this result is used for all the attacks.

Perfection of the Thundering Dragon

Cost: 5m, 1W, 1HL 
Minimum MA: 5 
Minimum Essence: 4 
Prerequisites: Thundering Dragon Form

As you reach the pinnacle of The Path of the Thundering Dragon you learn how to harness the Thundering Dragons most devastating weapon. The Thundering Dragon strikes quickly, he strikes true and with his very soul, nothing can get out of its way. By channelling essence in this very way the martial artist unleashes an attack of such swiftness and power that it is un-dodgeable.

I've only looked at the Form, but a quick question- are the Dodge dice Reflexive (can be used alone) or supplimental (can only be used to suppliment an existing dodge)? [[DS]]
