In a display of primal power a Lunar Exalted is able to cow his foes into submission on such a level that they are unable to put their heart into their actions, every swing in combat or word spoken is an act of will and thought alone. Their instincts scream for them to simply cower. The victim rolls his highest virtue against the Lunar's highest virtue. Should the victim win there are no ill effects. If the Lunar wins, the victim loses a number of remaining Virtue channels equal to the Lunar's Charisma and can not regain them in the Lunar's presence.

A Lunar can only carve as many tattooos onto their body as they have Stamina dots. Each tattoos beyond the Lunar's Stamina reduces the Lunar's dice pools by 1. Any tattoos beyond double the Lunar's Stamina reduce the penalty afflicting targets of the tattoos by 1 for every tattoo over the limit.
