The Exalted can undertake amounts of physical exertion that would cripple lesser men. A Lunar with this charm puts even those Exalted to shame, gaining the ability to undertake even the most punishing and fatiguing of activities without worry of exhaustion as essence rejuvinates his muscles and refreshes his frame. Every mote spent on this charm, up to a limit of the Lunar's Stamina, counts as a single automatic success on a Stamina + Endurance roll to resist fatigue. While resisting the fatigue caused by wearing heavy armor is one possible function of this charm, it can also be used to enhance any activity the Lunar undertakes! When this charm is used successfully (the Lunar meets the difficulty of the roll), the Lunar doesn't suffer any visible fatigue at all, and indeed seems to have casually performed the effort in question.

A Lunar Exalt with this charm feels an innate connection with his body, knowing exactly how far he can push it and what activities he can and cannot perform with utter certainty. Moreover, the Lunar Exalt can exceed those limits to some degree with small shifts to his frame, strengthening joints when needed and lengthening or shortening limbs by small degrees if it should be necessary. This allows the Lunar to perform activities that others would find difficult or even impossible, and gives him one bonus dice to all Athletics rolls for the rest of the scene for every two motes spent on activating this charm. The Exalt cannot add more dice to his pool than his Dexterity score. This charm serves as an alternate prerequisite to Predator Grace Method.

Body and Mind Prana: as a Lunar charm, wouldn't this be more likely to add to Stamina rolls, rather than Athletics rolls? -[[Fifth]]

No more than Stealthy Fox Method adds to "Dexterity pools" instead of "Stealth pools". Lunar charms are attribute based; that doesn't mean that they can't work on individual skills. In fact, many many Lunar charms do just that.
