I am not a fan of Sailor Moon.
I am a fan of absurd comedy.

This had to be done, I'm sorry

At what time during the Sailor Moon plotline does this writeup steal Sailor Moon? I'm not entirely sure. I'm saying /roughly/ at the end of season one, as I shadily remember it. There are probably some discrepencies

In the Exalted storyline, Sailor Moon was a ruling princess during the First Age, the secret bastard daughter of one of Luna's scandelous love affairs. Refusing to abandon her True Love, the Solar Prince Endymion, she fell to the 'forces of darkness'. Luna, who wasn't even supposed to have a daughter, much less imbue her with a shard of Exaltation, hid the essence away until the she sensed the Second Age was about to come to a close.

Co-opting serious favors from a circle of newly-incarnated Sidereals, Luna has orchestrated the reincarnation of her ancient daughter. Born as a fairly mundane half-caste, Usagi was always an exceptional girl... then she met the preserved Familiar of her old incarnation, which granted her the artifact that sealed her Exaltation. Now she struggles to live up to her old incarnation's reputation, and survive her old enemies. All the while, she is being fed a lie about the end of the First Age, to shield her from the uncomfortable truth that it was the previous incarnations of her dearest friends which killed her own, not any 'forces of darkness'.

Stat-wise, I'm not even going to try to count BP/XP. The Inheritance 5 should make up for the absurd amount of merits, flaws, and backgrounds it takes to create an anime protagonist. The rest just comes with experience. It's worth noting that with the incredibly high cost of Lunar charms, it's no wonder that Sailor Moon takes entire seasons to learn new tricks...

The Sacred Tongue (10 motes)
Magically universal language. Understand all
other tongues. Gain a slight bit of respect.
She'll need it.

Spirit Sword (20 motes)
Okay, so this isn't SM canon, but given that THIS
Usagi lives in the Age of Sorrows, an actual weapon
might come in handy.
+3 spd, +2 acc, +(WP)L dam, +2 def, Ess rate
Does not affect anything without an essence score

Thunder Wolf's Howl (10 motes)
Unlike most casters of the Thunder Wolf's Howl,
Usagi does not cast this at range and does not
manifest any visual effects. Instead, she spends
three seconds inhaling, bringing her lungs to full
capacity, then WAILS as loud as she possibly can.
The effect is the same.
Int+Occ bashing damage, cannot be parried or dodged
Natural soak only. Successes count as # of rounds
for -2 penalty due to stunning/deafness. Stam+Res
roll reduces number of rounds per succ.

Usagi does not crack open the ground to bring
forth the torrent. Instead, she spends three
turns sniffling and staring at whatever injuries
she has sustained, then she lets loose in a
magically-voluminous crying fit that unleashes
the fountain.
Perc+Occult, autosucc=Ess, +10B damage. No
parries. Stam+resist, diff 5, for those hit vs.
knockdown. Str+ath, diff Occult, to stand up.

Celestial Circle:

The Battle's End (30 motes)
All mortals in a single battle stop fighting.
Exalts, God-Blooded may make WP roll, diff=Ess
to re-initiate combat. If successful, effect
shatters.

Travel Without Distance (25 motes)
Although she's the one who casts this spell,
the other Sailors have convinced her that it
requires all five of them to join hands.
This is largely in an effort to stop her from

This orihalcum and moonsilver artifact is usable only by Sailor Moon, and is critical to unlocking her full potential. When activated with a single mote, and the key phrase, "MOON PRISM POWER: MAKE-UP!", it places its user under a dazzling transformative effect that lasts one round. During this round, Sailor Moon may not be attacked or targetted for any effect, although it is permissable to leer childishly at her exposed, if strangely irridescent body. When the transformation is complete, Sailor Moon gains a number of benefits:
*The Sailor Moon Battle-Fuku: The height of fashion at the end of the First Age (when, notably, most celestial exalts were going batshit fucking LOCO), this short-skirted schoolgirl outfit provides 12/12 L/B soak and a hardness of 8. It grants a bonus of 2 to strength, 1 to dexterity, 2 to stamina, and 1 to appearance. Additionally, it doubles the user's movement speed. The magic of this strange... 'armor' is ancient and powerful, tied to the nature of Luna herself. While wearing the Battle-Fuku, Sailor Moon cannot change shape, as this uniform is an older and more puissant form of the same magic which allows a Lunar to change her shape.
*The Fuku's tiara functions as an orihalcum chakram, with stats (FILL IN LATER). When transforming, Sailor Moon elects whether or not to commit the attunement cost to this artifact. If the cost is not paid, the tiara is simply a fashion statement.
*Terrestrial Circle and Celestial Circle Sorcery: While transformed, Sailor Moon has access to these two charms as if they had been learned normally, though she does not gain the benefit of any prerequisites. Sailor Moon may buy spells with XP normally, but they are only usable while transformed unless she also learns the appropiate charm normally.

Silver Milennium Crystal(Hearthstone N/A)
The single most powerful gem on the face of Creation, this strange hearthstone draws its power from a Manse built on the face of Luna herself. Its powers are strange and unwieldy, extremely potent but hard to control. Sailor Moon does not know how, precisely, to use it, but she does know that it can channel her most heartfelt desires into a magical effect unlike any in Creation. Additionally, at the cost of a mote of essence, it may be placed or withdrawn from Elsewhere as a reflexive action.

The truth of the Silver Milennium Crystal, which attained its name from the paradise of the First Age as remembered by the Lunars, is that it allows its user to call in old gambling debts with the Five Maidens, won by Luna during the Games of Divinity. Each time it is invoked, the very weave of the Tapestry is undone and remade to accomidate the wishes of the users as closely as possible. This, more than any other reason, is why all but four of the existing Sidereal Exalted are currently hunting Sailor Moon with as many resources as they can bring to bear... without getting caught.

In game terms, this hearthstone is an unabashed plot device. It also functions as a Hearthstone 5 for essence regeneration purposes, which also functions while the crystal is Elsewhere.

Transformation Pen
By spending ten motes, Sailor Moon activates this transformation pen to take on the appearance of anyone she knows. This is a perfectly ordinary, if shiny, pen, that has absolutely no magical qualities. It was given to her because Luna couldn't figure out any sane way to get her to figure out her anima ability. What an airhead.
