Lydia was born and raised in the baking hot lands of the south. When the Guild came to her village and began rounding up her villagers, she was powerless to resist and was transported in a caravan headed north. On this caravan a member of the Guild had attempted to force himself upon her. Turel who had also been transported in the same caravan broke free of his chains. What happened after was to change her fate forever, for Turel had been chosen by The Unconquered Sun. The man had noticed the glowing light from the young man's head, turned to face him picking up a mace from the floor. It was over in a blur, Turel had dodged, disarmed and broken the leg of man before he could call for the guards. Lydia and Turel fled into the night and headed towards the city of Nexus, where Turel made a living poaching Guild caravans.<br><br />

Lydia now free was able to pursue any path she wanted and took up apprenticeship in a local blacksmiths. She was making exceptional progress (Her works would often go for a fairly large amounts of money) when Asura's bungled illicit goods sales had brought back trouble to her.
