== Appearance ==

Krag was tall and burly, with a long white beard and heavy moustache. He was starting to bald, but trying unsuccessfully to hide it as he aged, and wore the most expensive, ornate clothing he could buy, since he was a little vain. His skin was pale and burned easily.

== Personality: ==

Krag is a very competent administrator, although he doesn't handle situations which require quick-thinking well. He dislikes the annual hunting expeditions, but plans them well and ensures that Lord Nybraxus will not run out of wine and cheese and sweets or of healthy, nutritious food either. He thinks Anji is ever so slightly insane, and lectures her a lot.

== History: ==

Krag is originally from the North; he left home when young to join the Realm's military, as he was the sixth son of eight in a merchant family, and did not wish to spend his life being his elder brother's flunky. His talents for organization soon won him a Corporal's position assisting a Legion's Quartermaster. In that capacity, he eventually attracted the attention of Captain Nybraxus, who hired him when Nybraxus left the military.

Like Nybraxus' other henchmen, he had the misfortune to be on the expedition from which Lord Nybraxus never returned.
